Health & PE: Fun, Fitness, and Wellness for Ages 10–14 Get ready to move, create, and explore in this hands-on Health and PE course designed for kids ages 10–14! Through 16 weeks of engaging activities, students will discover the foundations of physical fitness, healthy living, and mental wellness—all while having a blast in a small group setting. From designing their own workouts and inventing custom sports to making healthy snacks and learning stress-busting techniques, this program is packed with fun and interactive experiences. Students will also dive into topics like nutrition, teamwork, anatomy, and personal safety, building skills that will last a lifetime. Highlights of the Course: Create and lead custom workouts Explore healthy eating through fun food labs Practice mindfulness and stress-relief strategies Play collaborative games and invent new sports Discover how the body works during exercise Learn basic first aid and outdoor safety skills Whether your child loves to run, stretch, strategize, or create, this course has something for everyone.
