WildRoots FreeRange– Drop-In Nature Days

Welcome to WildRoots FreeRange, a flexible farm and nature school experience where your child can explore, learn, and grow — one day at a time. Designed for families who want the magic of WildRoots without the semester-long commitment, FreeRange offers 3-hour drop-off sessions filled with hands-on outdoor learning, farm care, science exploration, nature art, and creative play. Children spend time exploring the farm, caring for animals, experimenting with science, and learning about the natural world through engaging, seasonal activities. Parents may drop off and go or stay and join the fun — the choice is yours! 📍 Location: Kairos Farm, Midland, NC 🗓 When: Mondays 🌱 Ages: 6–10 (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM) | 10–15 (12:30 PM – 3:30 PM) 💰 Cost: $45 per child per day 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Sibling Discount: 10% off for each additional sibling booked for the same session use code: MULTICHILD 📋 Policies & Important Information Minimum Enrollment: Each WildRoots FreeRange session requires a minimum of 3 participants to run. If fewer than 3 students are registered, the session will be canceled, and families will receive a credit to use toward a future date of their choice. Weather Policy: Sessions are held rain or shine. We only cancel in the case of severe weather (e.g., snow, high winds). If we cancel due to weather, you will receive a credit for another session. Sibling Discount: A 10% sibling discount will be automatically applied for additional children attending the same session. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session start time are eligible for credit toward a future session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Late Pickup Policy: A late pickup fee of $10 will be applied for pickups more than 10 minutes past the session end time. What to Bring: -Weather-appropriate clothing and footwear -Packed lunch/snack and water bottle -Change of clothes (optional but recommended)
