Led by experienced mentors and educators, Smart Diehl Academy’s LIT Summer Program provides a supportive and inclusive environment where you'll develop essential leadership skills, foster personal growth, and forge new friendships. Join us this summer…it’s gonna be LIT! Week 1: SPARK Your Leadership Journey Focus for this week: Introduction to leadership, personal skills and team building -Ignition Session: Welcome and icebreaker activities, setting personal and group goals. -Light Up Your Leadership: Introduction to leadership styles and qualities, team-building escape room. - Adventure Day: Outdoor activities, reflection on teamwork and perseverance. - LIT Action: Guest speakers/workshops, role-playing exercises, feedback sessions. - Illuminate Your Potential: Group projects, presentations, graduation celebration. ***THIS WILL BE HELD IN MIDLAND at the Sunflower Club at Kairos- 1001 Running Brook Road***
