Led by experienced mentors and educators, Smart Diehl Academy’s LIT Summer Program provides a supportive and inclusive environment where you'll develop essential leadership skills, foster personal growth, and forge new friendships. Join us this summer…it’s gonna be LIT! Week 2: Blaze Your Trail to Success - Fuel Your Passion: Personality assessments, goal-setting, personal development plans. - Empowerment Workshop: Workshops on empathy, self-awareness, conflict resolution. - Resilience Rally: Overcoming obstacles, resilience-building activities. - Innovation Station: Brainstorming sessions, creative problem-solving challenges. - Culmination Ceremony: Final group project, presentations, reflections, and awards. ***THIS WILL BE HELD IN MIDLAND at the Sunflower Club at Kairos- 1001 Running Brook Road***
