Schedule Your Private Tutoring Session

Welcome to Smart Diehl Academy's private tutoring scheduling page! Here, you can easily select your preferred tutor and schedule your private tutoring session at your convenience.

How to Book a Tutor at Smart Diehl Academy

Booking is quick and flexible. Here’s how to get started:

1. Choose Your Tutor
Review tutor profiles to see the grade levels and subject areas they offer. Click “Book Now” on the tutor you’d like to work with.

2. Select Session Type and Time
Choose the session length (30, 45, or 60 minutes) and select a time that fits your schedule. Sessions may be virtual or in-person, depending on the tutor.

3. Book Ahead if You’d Like

You can book sessions weekly, monthly, or even for the full semester. We encourage recurring time slots to secure your preferred days and times.
Note: Booking large quantities of sessions (like a full semester) is much easier if handled from the tutor’s end. If you would like to reserve a long-term block of sessions, please contact your tutor directly for assistance.

4. Complete the Booking Form
Include your child’s name, grade level, and any important notes. Indicate whether you prefer in-person or virtual sessions if needed.

5. Pay and Confirm
Pay online to confirm your session, or choose to pay in person at your appointment. You will receive an email confirmation once your booking is complete.

Important:


To reschedule or cancel sessions online, you must create a free account when booking. This account will let you log in anytime to manage your appointments and view your upcoming sessions.
