Young authors, get ready to bring your stories to life! Storybook Writing is a creative writing and illustration class where students will develop their own short stories, complete with colorful characters, exciting plots, and imaginative illustrations. Students will: Learn the building blocks of storytelling (characters, setting, problem, and solution) Practice writing and illustrating their own original stories Develop creativity, sequencing, and literacy skills through fun, engaging activities Share their work and collaborate with peers to build confidence in their writing By the end of the semester, each student will have their own completed and illustrated storybook to take home! This class is perfect for young writers and artists who love to create and express themselves through storytelling.
